Unhappy with your item? Don't worry, we've made returning items simple and easy so you can spend more time browsing to find something better in style and fit so please, do not give up! 

How do I return my item?

1. Items must be returned in an unworn, original boxed condition within 30 days of purchase

2. Complete the returns form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel with the item(s) you’re sending back, using the original packaging.

3. Send the package, invoice and returns label form securely wrapped and prepaid to (ask for second class, tracked at your Royal Mail office):

4. You can return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,000 locations

5. Once received, your return will be processed in approximately 3-5 working days and you will be notified via email once this has been actioned

Or if you don’t have access to a printer follow these steps with a note covering:

1. Your name, address, and phone number

2. Your order number

3. Item code(s) and reason for the return(s).

4. State whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes, you will have to pay for returns. The cost is around £4.10 dependent on the weight of your shoes. Request at your Royal Mail office for 2nd class, signed for option. We recommend you ask for proof of postage when sending your order back to us. Regrettably, we cannot refund for any delivery costs on the order unless it is the fault of Wide Fit Shoes

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow up to 3-5 working days from the date of posting.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed.

What’s your return policy?

UK orders within 30 days of receipt. Must be unworn and in its orignial boxed condition.  Should you not adhere to these terms and conditions we have the right to not issue you a full refund and obtain 10% -15% of the value of the order depending.

It is important that returned items are received in their original condition and shoe box. Boxes should not be sent back taped or damaged. If this is not the case, Wide Fit Shoes Ltd reserves the right to reject the returned items and decline a replacement or refund for the product.

How do I track my return?

When returning your parcel, make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking from Royal Mail. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow up to 3-5 days from the date of posting.

FREE returns in store

That’s right, its FREE so if you can come and visit our store! Bring your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your dispatch note as proof of purchase and the card that was used to purchase. The cardholder must be present at the time to accept the refund.

How do I exchange?

1. Simply complete your returns label form adding the details of what you would like to exchange

2. Items must be returned in an unworn, original boxed condition within 30 days of purchase.  Please note due to Covid-19 socks cannot be refunded.

3. Complete the returns form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel with the item(s) you’re sending back, using the original packaging.

How do I return an international order?

It is very simple, same way you would return a UK order though your return has to be done via your carrier available to you and you will need to pay for the return.
