Good to find somewhere to buy wide fitting shoes that really are wide fitting (a lot from other places are so-called & just seem as narrow as regular shoes). Fittings come up large, I thought I was an 11 size which was way too big, the 10 seems ample.
Prompt delivery & a free returns policy. All very good.

I really appreciate this company exists, wide shoes are a total pain to find and this company has a decent range.
Service good too, delivery came quickly and when I needed a size smaller the chap I spoke to was really helpful and gave good advice.

I was having trouble finding Sketchers trainers in a wide fit online until I came across Wide Fit Shoes. They have so may to choose from I finished up buying 2 pairs! Delivery was due in 3 to 5 working days but due to what I feel was inefficiency of the delivery company they took 10 days to arrive. Fortunately the trainers were a perfect fit and I am delighted with them. I will definitely use Wide Fit Shoes again and keep fingers crossed for a prompt delivery.

I ordered a pair of trainers. My size wasn’t available so I took a chance with a different size. When they arrived they were too big. I contacted the company by email and actually got to speak to somebody who took responsibility for finding me a suitable replacement and arranging the returns. There was more than one person but in the main I spoke to Nina and everything went swimmingly. Trainers arrived today and they are great. Many thanks.

Shoes did not fit so returned with proof of delivery. Company is saying they have not received the shoes despite photographic evidence from Parcel Force that they were delivered. E-mail request to speak to a manager unanswered and going round in circles with regards to whether the shoes have been delivered. Money due is just under £200. Very annoyed.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience this time round. The wrong size shoe was sent to me, which I returned costing over £5. I asked for a refund on this postage, which was given to me quickly. However, I then had to chase several times to get my refund and when it came through, the postage cost had been deducted. I haven’t had a response to further emails on this unfortunately. I previously had a good experience, so it has been pretty disappointing.

Ordered my shoes & needed them for a trip away. Phone customer services to ask if they could deliver for the w.end. The shoes came on time, I gave them 3 days notice. Was super pleased. Unfortunately they didn't fit, so I returned & was refunded within a week. For anyone looking for wide fit extra deep shoes, I think you could find shoes to fit here. They will take extra deep personal orthotics, which Clark Shoes do not. My orthotics are very streamline, so the depth was far too deep for me personally. Very happy with my experience, thank you.

Shoes arrived within 24 hrs and are great. Just returned from trying them out on 14 mile walk around the South Downs Way in rain and mud. They were still comfortable and dry.

Good company to deal with. I got 10% off and just after I received them they were offering a further 10%. Rather than have me return and re-purchase they credited my bank so I got the full 20% off. The shoes are very deep, so I wanted my poditrist to okay that they will be okay with my orthotics and extra innersoles. They agreed to extra time for returning them as I couldn't get my NHS apointment with the podiatrist in time. Podiatrist has okayed them, and I'm looking forward to some good weather so I can wear them. Pleased they are going to be right for the summer.
