Measuring Your Feet for Shoes
Take 3 Simple Steps

Measure your length

a) Place the piece of paper on the floor and sit down in a chair with your foot resting on the piece of paper.
b) You will need a flexible tape measure
c) Measure the lentgh of the foot from the toe to the back of the heal in MM

 
Measure your width

d) As shown in the diagram above this is the ball of your foot, measure completely around your foot.
e) Follow this measurement to the arch of the foot and on the top you will feel a bone, measure completely around the arch to the bone.

Love these shoes. I am on my feet on a concrete floor all day, and they definitely keep my back from getting sore. I haven't noticed any change in the shape of my legs or core strength, but I think I was already pretty strong before I got the shoes. I didn't have to get used to the Anna shoes as the others says. I wore them all day with no problem on the first day. They are expensive before, but I have had mine for over a year, and they have no sign of wearing out. (Posted on 03/04/2012)
