Measuring Your Feet for Shoes
Take 3 Simple Steps

Measure your length

a) Place the piece of paper on the floor and sit down in a chair with your foot resting on the piece of paper.
b) You will need a flexible tape measure
c) Measure the lentgh of the foot from the toe to the back of the heal in MM

 
Measure your width

d) As shown in the diagram above this is the ball of your foot, measure completely around your foot.
e) Follow this measurement to the arch of the foot and on the top you will feel a bone, measure completely around the arch to the bone.

I'm always on the lookout for a smart pair of shoes that are comfortable enough to wear all day in the office without squashing my (wide) feet and available in half sizes (I take a size 10.5). I normally spend hours trudging around the stores with little luck when I thought to look online and found this website and more specifically these shoes. I bought a pair in black and found them so comfortable that I have now also bought a pair in brown! (Posted on 03/04/2012)
