Q. Can Wide Fit Shoes really fit my feet and legs? A. Of course there is no absolute guarantee but about 80% of our footwear customers find success first time. Most sock and hosiery customers are successful first time. One thing we do know is that no one else knows more about Extra Roomy products than us and no one will try harder or more patiently to help. Q. Do I need to take special care if I have diabetes? A. Yes. We are diabetic aware and offer footwear and socks with minimal seaming. But we are not medical suppliers and you need to make your own judgement about suitability - run your fingers inside any item before wear, checking for anything that might harm. The lightest styles have super-light soles which are very light. Of course larger sizes weigh more, but an average sized ladies shoe with a super-light sole weighs only 142 grammes or 5 ounces. Other styles have polyurethane or indoor/outdoor soles which are slightly heavier. You can find out what type of soles a particular style has by referring to the 'features' box within their product information page. Q. Will Wide Fit Shoes footwear fit very swollen feet? A. Wide Fit Shoes is designed for very wide or swollen feet. We can also supply extension pieces to make the Velcro straps longer on those styles where "Extension pieces available if required" is stated in the 'features' box within their product information page.
