Just to let you know that I was most impressed with your service. I ordered a pair of boots for my mother just before 11.00am on Tuesday 9 February and they were with me on the Wednesday morning. One slight criticism, the box they arrived in was damaged, but luckily the boots were not. The boots fit my mother like a glove and we will be using your services again.
I have recently purchased some wide fit sandals from you, they are the first proper shoes Ihave been able to wear for a while as I suffer with Lymphoedema and have heavily bandaged legs, I am thrilled, thank you for being so helpful. I attend a specialist clinic and the staff would like some catologues or information sheets to display for other patients, do you have any available?
To anyone needing wide fit shoes I would not hesitate to recommend your company. After a long and fruitless search of other retailers I called at your Kenton shop on Saturday. The personal service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. It was a joy to find such an extensive range of good quality wide fitting shoes at realistic prices, and I happily left with a pair of the most comfortable shoes that I ever worn. The reason for the "order" which was not completed was because I am a novice at these modern electronic gadgets and it took me two attempts, several hours and much confusion to get it right!

After weeks of trying to buy a wide fitting Trainer I had almost given up.I have a very painful knee waiting for another op. and find Trainers are better and they help.

I thought that I really should let you know that my shoes came this morning and that I tried them on and it seems that I was right in getting size nine because thanks to the capacious toe-boxes with their extra depth, as well as the extra width, THEY WERE TRULY BLISSFULLY COMFORTABLE- So obviously, I am going to keep these ones.
I really mean this- thanks ever so much. The pain from the joint of my middle toe (right) was getting me down. Well it's not now.
